I don’t want to send the tracking number to my customers. How can I do that?

If you have connected a Shopify or an eBay store with Yakkyofy, every time we ship an order we will send your customer an email with the tracking number for his package.

If you don’t want us to send this email, visit the Personal Account > Settings Tab and unclick the option “Send tracking numbers via email automatically” that you see in the image below.

Then click on the Update button.
