In case you may need to request information regarding a quotation for one of your products you can follow these steps:
- Login to your Yakkyofy account and click on "Need help?"
2. Then, once the assistance menu will be displayed, click on "Contact us"
3. By clicking on "Select" you will display a menu on which the option regarding quotations is: "Request issue".
4. When selecting "Request issue", you should first need to choose if the issue is related to a Wholesale or a Dropshipping request
5. Then you should fill the following information: Yakkyofy SKU number and Problem description.
