In case you may need to request information regarding an order you can follow these steps:
- Login to your Yakkyofy account and click on "Need help?"
2. Then, once the assistance menu will be displayed, click on "Contact us"
3. By clicking on "Select" you will display a menu on which the option regarding orders "Order issue" will be displayed.
4. When selecting "Order issue", you should fill the following information: Yakkyofy order number and Problem description. Then you will need to upload a screenshot showing the issue or error you display
