If you have an order on your store but you cannot find it on Yakkyofy, it might be due to the following reasons:
1. The order hasn’t been paid yet by your customer yet. In fact, until the order will be marked as "paid" on your store, it will not be transferred on the Yakkyofy dashboard. This will also happen when the payment is pending.
2. You are selling an item or a variant that you didn’t import from Yakkyofy. Yakkyofy only tracks the orders for products which were directly imported starting from our quotations; so please check if the order on your store does display the correct SKU for the variant which was selected.
