Normally if you buy dropshipping products, you need to wait for 3-5 business days for the processing: during this time, once an order gets paid, we will purchase the item from supplier, who will in turn send it to us in Shenzhen so we can arrange the fulfillment and shipping of your order.
While, if you pre-stock some products, we will be able to skip local shipping from supplier to our Shenzhen warehouse and in this way your processing time will drop to only 1-2 business days, so your customers can receive their orders more quickly.

Then, after you buy a stock and the stock will arrive in our warehouse, we will upload your products in your "Inventory" in your Virtual Warehouse tab. In this way, each time an order arrives, we will deduct a product unity from your Virtual Warehouse inventory, so that you can also keep track in real-time of the availability of your products.
