Can I have email and chat assistance?

Please note, chat assistance is only available to Yakkyofy Premium users.

It will allow you to contact our Customer Care and ask any question about our services and products. The Premium plan will grant you access to a higher level of support in regards to exclusive features available through one of our paid plans, such as private label products and custom packaging.

Moreover, Premium customers will benefit from priority assistance compared to free users in regards to all their queries and needs (eg. requests about orders, products, shippings, technical issues etc.)

Yakkyofy Free users will of course still be able to contact Yakkyofy and/or check our tutorials and FAQs thanks to the “Need help?” feature on the dashboard.
However, please consider only Yakkyofy Premium users will be able to click on the “Chat with us” option:

You can also contact us at info@yakkyofy.com, but all issues regarding orders, quotations, shippings, returns, refunds, invoices, payments and technical support should be submitted by using the “Contact us” tool displayed on the dashboard:
