How to Import a Product to Your Store on Yakkyofy

After connecting your eCommerce store to Yakkyofy, you can easily start importing products either from our extensive product catalog or from your personalized quotations. These quotations are available under the "Quotations > Dropshipping" tab.

The process for importing products is the same for both catalog products and personal quotations. However, for personal quotations, ensure that the item status in the Dropshipping tab is marked green (approved). Only approved quotations can be imported to your store.

To request a Dropshipping quotation, you’ll need to use our Yakkyofy Chrome Extension. For detailed instructions on how to use this tool, simply click here.

To import a product from our catalog, start by clicking on the product image.

You will be redirected to the product page, where you can view the product description, all available variants, and a blue "Dropshipping" box on the right. This box displays the single-item price, the minimum order quantity required for a discount, and the discounted price you will receive if your total orders meet the required quantity.

On this page, you can fully customize your product listing before importing it into your store. This includes editing the product description and title, and selecting or deselecting the images you want to include.

Additionally, the "Pricing" section provides you with access to shipping costs by destination country and available shipping methods.

When selecting more than one country, the Maximum Price will be displayed.

Note that selecting only a specific country or a few countries at this stage will not limit your future shipping options. For instance, if you decide later to ship to France but did not select France during this process, it will not be an issue. This selection only affects the price that you import into your store.

Once you have finished configuring the shipping options, you can close the tab by clicking "Close".

In the Pricing section, you can also choose to display your profit by clicking "Show profit" and show your margin by clicking "Add margin".

The import button will make sure you have your product imported on your store, however not as published. End customers won't be able to purchase the product yet, as you will need to get into the shopify product page and proceed manually with the publishing. In this way, you will be able to review the imported product before publishing it.

Please bear in mind you will be able to import a max of 100 variants per SKU on your store.

After importing the product into your store, you can start selling it immediately. All orders for this product will automatically appear in the Yakkyofy "Orders" tab as soon as they are marked as paid.
