When using the Yakkyofy Chrome Extension, you might occasionally see your request marked as "pending" in yellow within the Quotations > Image Search tab. This status indicates that your quotation request is still being processed by the supplier's database. The extension typically completes this process within about 20 minutes, though it may take longer depending on the availability of data in the supplier's database.
If your request is marked as pending with a clock icon in the Quotations > Dropshipping tab, it means that you have requested a manual quotation from our buyer office. This type of quotation is still being processed as our team gathers the necessary product information by contacting suppliers directly.
Manual quotations generally take between 3-5 business days to be completed, depending on the priority level associated with your subscription plan.
