If your image search request in the Yakkyofy Chrome Extension appears red under the Quotations > Image Search tab, it indicates that the extension was unable to find your product in our extensive supplier database.
Steps to Resolve a Red Image Search Request
- Click the "Detail" Button: To proceed, click on the "Detail" button. This action will open the image search quotation page.
- Request a Manual Quotation: On this page, click on "Request a quotation." A Yakkyofy team member will then manually quote the product for you. This process typically takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the type of subscription plan you have activated.
Important Note: This feature is unavailable for Yakkyofy Free users. To access manual quotation services, you must subscribe to one of our paid plans. For more details, visit our Yakkyofy Plans section Yakkyofy plans - Yakkyofy (reamaze.com).
Once your manual quotation request is submitted, it will appear under the **Quotations > Dropshipping tab with a clock icon next to it. This icon signifies that the request is being processed, and a Yakkyofy team member is contacting the supplier to obtain a manual quote. Please be aware that each manual quotation request counts toward the total number of dropshipping requests available under your subscription plan every 30 days.**
How to Know When Your Request is Processed
- Email Notification: You will receive an email notification once your request is processed.
Green Mark: If your request displays a green mark under the Quotations > Dropshipping tab, it means the product is available for purchase from the supplier, can be imported to your store, and shipped to your customers.
Red Mark: If your request also shows a red mark under the Quotations > Dropshipping tab, it indicates that the product is either not available for purchase from the supplier or cannot be shipped. As a result, the quotation cannot be approved.
