Yakkyofy Chrome Extension, the product found is not the one I asked for.

Let's say you asked for a quotation for a particular product by using our Chrome Extension, the extension did provide the quotation, hence it does show a green mark.

But when you open that page as you can see on the image below, you notice that, although the search did provide some results, the product found is not the one you were looking for. Maybe it is similar, maybe it comes in a different variant, but it is not exactly the same product you wanted to sell on your store:

In this case, if you still want the right item to be quoted, you will just need to click on the Request A Quotation button:

Please note that this feature is not available for Yakkyofy Free users, to be able to request manual quotation you should subscribe to our paid plans.
It does usually take about 3-5 business days to get a manual quotation processed, priority depending on the type of subscription activated.

A new manual quotation request will be created and will be in pending while being processed in the Quotations>Dropshipping tab and our Chinese office will process the quotation by looking for a supplier which is able to provide the right solution for you and your product.

Please note that this request will be counted as one of the manual quotations allowed for your profile each 30 days, so it will impact on your monthly limit depending on the Yakkyofy plan you chose.
