At Yakkyofy, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement varies depending on the supplier and the specific product. We understand the importance of flexibility in ordering small quantities when you're testing new products, as well as the need for competitive pricing when scaling up to maximize your profit margins. That's why Yakkyofy always strives to balance your needs with the supplier's MOQ requirements.
Each product on Yakkyofy has its own specific MOQ. In most cases, Yakkyofy can source products with a minimum order of just one piece. However, for approximately 10% of products, particularly small or low-cost items, a higher MOQ may be necessary and unavoidable. In such instances, our customer care team will reach out to you to arrange the purchase of the quantity required to meet the MOQ.
Example: If a product has an MOQ of 3 units and you receive an order for only one unit, we can purchase all three, ship the first one, and store the remaining two in our warehouse. These items will be ready to ship as soon as you receive additional orders.
To summarize, the MOQ is the minimum quantity that Yakkyofy can purchase from Chinese factories or suppliers. The MOQ for each product can range from as low as one piece. Additionally, Yakkyofy offers discount MOQs, allowing you to access better pricing tiers by ordering larger quantities—essentially, the more you sell, the more you save. The discount MOQ information and corresponding prices are clearly displayed on each product page.
Our MOQ is generally calculated based on the product SKU, not the variant, meaning you can mix different colors, sizes, etc., to meet the MOQ.
Furthermore, there is no time limit to reach the MOQ. Whether you meet the MOQ in a single day or over a longer period, your fulfillment process remains unaffected. If you wish to start fulfilling orders immediately but haven't reached the MOQ, you can opt to purchase the required quantity in advance and store the items in our warehouse at no extra cost. These items will be ready to ship as soon as new orders come in.
This approach helps you to:
- Automate the sourcing process;
- Reduce processing time;
- Strengthen relationships with suppliers, leading to better pricing;
- Ensure faster delivery times for your customers.
