Automatic Tracking Numbers on Shopify: How They Work and What to Do if the Order is Archived

Yakkyofy ensures that tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to both the "Orders" tab in your Yakkyofy Dashboard and your Shopify Store. This seamless process is guaranteed if you've selected the option "Notify my customers about fulfillments and trackings" in your Shopify settings.

When Yakkyofy uploads tracking information to Shopify, an automated email is sent from your Shopify store directly to your customer. This email will include the tracking details of their order, using the template you've configured within your Shopify account. Yakkyofy is responsible solely for uploading the tracking number; any content adjustments to this email should be made within your Shopify account settings.

Additionally, Yakkyofy will automatically update the tracking number on your Shopify order page, provided the order is not "ARCHIVED."
If your order has already been archived, you can still manually upload the tracking number. Simply click the "Add Tracking" button on your Shopify order page. Enter the tracking number you retrieved from your Yakkyofy App into the Tracking Number Field.

To complete the process, visit 17track.net, input your tracking number and copy the generated link.

Then, choose "Other" as the Carrier and save your changes.
