If you have connected a Shopify store to Yakkyofy, every time we ship an order we will generate an automation which will allow your store to send your customer an email with the tracking number related to that parcel.
If you want this email to be sent, visit the Account Settings tab by clicking on the top right icon on the dashboard and then on "Manage Profile":
Once there, please click on "Settings":
You will land on the following page, where you will be able to see the option “Send tracking numbers via email automatically”:
On here, you can select or unselect the option.
