I don’t want to send the tracking number to my customers. How can I do that?

If you have connected a Shopify store to Yakkyofy, every time we will ship an order we will generate an automation which will allow your store to send your customer an email with the tracking number related to that parcel.
If you don’t want your store to send this email please follow these steps.

Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the dashboard to access your Account Settings and click on "Manage Profile":

Then, click on "Settings" and you will land on this tab:

Once on this page, please unselect the option "Send tracking numbers via email automatically":

And you will see a message confirming the update on the top right side of the dashboard.
