What is the Orders tab and how does it work?

The Order Tab is thus divided:

1. the Dropshipping Section;
2. the Wholesale Section;
3. Cash on Delivery;
4. Extras.

In the Dropshipping Tab, you will find the list of all your dropshipping orders. Using filters you can check different aspects related to your orders, such as the financial status, tracking and much more:

On the top-right corner of this tab you can find two buttons:

• the “Import Orders” button;
• the “Checkout” button.

The "Import Orders" is used to import dropshipping orders using an excel or CSV file, there is a specific FAQ that will explain how to do that that you can check out at this link: https://help.yakkyofy.com/kb/orders-faqs/how-can-i-import-orders-on-yakkyofy-using-an-excel-or-csv-file
While, the “Checkout” is used to pay your dropshipping orders.

Inside the dropshipping section, you will see the '⚙️' sign: by clicking on this button, you can either "Pause" and "Cancel" your order if still unpaid and unfulfilled; or "Pause" the order, if the order has been paid and is still marked as unfulfilled.

The Wholesale tab, under the Orders tab menu, is really similar at the dropshipping ones.

There you can see all your wholesale orders, their details and tracking numbers. You can also check specifics per each order, by using filters:

Cash on Delivery is only available if you activated the Cash on Delivery feature.
The Extra section contains all your sample orders, including your ordered media:
