How to ask for assistance regarding payments

If you need to request more info about payments, please follow these steps.

First of all, please log in on Yakkyofy and find "Need help?" on the bottom left side of the dashboard:

Then, please click on "Contact us":

You will land on this page:

Please click on "Category" and select "Payments":

You will see the following page:

Please select the "Payment method" used:

Then, please fill in the "Problem description" with a short recap of the issue. Please note, you can also attach some screenshots.
Finally press "Send" to forward your request.
